OUR STORY
How LASA Started
Lagos has no shortage of hotels. It has no shortage of shortlet apartments either.
What it lacked was a middle ground. A place where a family visiting from abroad, a business traveller on a two-week assignment, or a group of colleagues on a project could stay comfortably without paying for three hotel rooms or gambling on an unmanaged apartment.
Hotels in Ikoyi and Victoria Island charge between ₦165,000 and ₦280,000 per room per night. A family of four needs at least two rooms. That is ₦330,000 to ₦560,000 per night for two separate spaces with no kitchen, no shared living area, and no laundry.
Most shortlets in Lagos filled the gap in name only. The photos looked good. The service stopped at check-in.
LASA was built to do something different. We manage fully serviced apartments across Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, and Eko Atlantic City. Every apartment is cleaned daily. Every guest has a team reachable around the clock. The standard does not change from one location to the next.
We have been operating in Lagos for over five years. We have hosted more than 2,000 guests. The business has grown because the approach works.

What LASA Is Built On
Daily service
Every LASA apartment is cleaned every morning. Linens are refreshed. The apartment is maintained throughout the stay. Guests do not need to call and ask. It happens as standard.
Space that works
Our apartments start at 2-bedrooms. A family of four or a group of colleagues stays together under one roof. There is a kitchen, a living room, and in-unit laundry. No one is split across different rooms on different floors.
Honest pricing
A LASA 2-bedroom apartment starts from ₦120,000 per night. Two hotel rooms in the same neighbourhood cost more than double that. We make the value case clearly because the numbers speak for themselves.
Involved team
Our concierge team is available around the clock. From the moment a booking is confirmed to the morning of check-out, guests have a direct line to someone who can help.
