We check availability across our 20-property portfolio and match you to the right apartment. We respond with the specific unit, its photos, exact pricing, and everything included in your stay.
You Review and Confirm
You review the apartment details. If it is right, you confirm. If you want to see a different option or have questions, we answer them before you commit to anything.
You Pay the Deposit
Once you confirm, we collect a deposit to hold the apartment in your name. The balance is due before or on check-in, depending on your booking type. Full payment terms are sent with your booking confirmation.
We Prepare Your Apartment
Before your arrival, our team inspects and prepares the apartment. Fresh linen. Working appliances. Generator tested. WiFi confirmed. We send you the check-in instructions and access details the day before you arrive.
You Check In
Arrive at your apartment. Everything is ready. Our team checks in with you on arrival to make sure everything is right. If you added a car service, your driver meets you at the airport.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A refundable security deposit is required for all stays to cover incidental damages. This is returned within 24 hours of check-out following a room inspection.
CANCELLATION
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
